Cameron the Cockapoo Zooming

Here’s a little Cockapoo puppy action by Love Wags a Tail’s board-and-train client, Cameron, to cheer up your everyday. Puppy zoomies are the best.

Love Wags A Tail’s Cockapoo puppy board-and-train client, Cameron, is getting a lot of exercise and socializing time with our resident dogs. He is particularly fond of our Poodle ward, Sammie, who’s 10 years old. lovewagsatail.com

The Scary Thing

Baela is a normal, lovely 8-month-old male Labrador Retriever in our August Board-and-Train program. He’s learning a lot and here is an instance where he ran into something big and scary on one of our walkies. But by the time it was all over, though, we convinced him it wasn’t so scary after all.

We love our board-and-trains.

Older Dogs Can Learn New Tricks

This is Sammie, our July board-and-train. He is 10 years old and came to us because of his marking behaviors in the house, barking in the car, and a few other things. While he was with us, he also earned his Novice Trick Dog Title. As you can see from the video, older dogs can learn new tricks!

We love our board-and-trains.

10-Year-Old Poodle Scores

It’s a fine day when the batteries expire in the video camera you’re just about to use to record the fabulous new skills of the Poodle you’re board-and-training. So you run back inside the house in under 30 seconds, a new world record, exchange them for batteries with some juice, and come back outside to pick up where you left off, only to find this happens.

The French Bulldog Stare

My dogs are very tolerant of the variety of dogs who visit us for board and board-and-train. We have a safe environment where, for example, a hard Frenchie stare will not escalate into anything more than frozen dogs who eventually walk away from each other or play. Lola, our visiting Frenchie is good that way, too. She makes her point, then lets up, as long as the other dog relents. When she chose my Border Collie to stare down, I had to laugh. Lola’s little buddy is a ChiPin and he only stares at dogs if they have food.
